Clown Loaches

I have a few clown loaches by themselves at the minute, im feeding them blood worm which they love but feel its too much and dont want to overfeed them as theres only 2 in at the minute. I have tropical flakes, do the eat these? Iv never seen them in person ohh and iv got catfish food which i believe is algae, do they eat this?

Help will be appreciated

My clowns have been known to eat just about any frozen food offered (mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, community blocks, bloodworms etc) plus flake, lettuce, shrimp pellets, you name it! I have a container full of different foods and feed a variety daily, they aren't too picky...just try it and see! They do prefer to prefer omega one veggie tablets over the other tropical or algae wafers I offer though.

Like I say I think they eat the flakes but never seen them, just wondering really, was told at my LFS that catfish food was best! Never mind ill just try things, I like the idea of lettuce mind, didnt think fish would eat that!
