ive got 5 fairly small, well, about 3"-3.5" inch long clown loaches in my 80G tank and everyday between about 7pm and 9pm a couple of them sit outside the cave area theyve claimed as there home.

theres never jus one and they do it most nights.

all through the day they all dart bout picking food and avoiding my moody rams.

anybody noticed similar conditions in theres clowns?

hi sam its quite normal for clown loaches to even play dead mine do  ,i had one who used to lay on its side in a hole in a cave every night,if you listen some times you can hear them make a loud clicking noise.
im going to get 3 more next week they are ace :D .

yea there my favourote too and its kewl seeing them all hang out.

and now i kno for sure, rest 2geva lol.

i read if one is ill then the others stick with it trying to help out too!

think thats one i dont wanna see tho!

Yeah thats wierd for the non sick fish to hang out with the sick one because I thought when a fish was sick it seperated it self from the other fish before it died.

yip, i can confirm - clowns are mad... You jus gotta love them though, i had 3 but gave em to my dad to look after, i kinda miss em... :-(
