Clown loaches with Whitespot

Hi, just wanted some advice about treating ich. I purchased 4 clown loaches last weekend and they have all developed ich. I picked it up quite quickly and have treated with protozin, but they are still covered in spots. 4 of my neon tetras have also developed it. Should I still be doing water changes and what other treatments do you recommend?

I have used a waterlife treatment, and has not worked. I think I need to do a 2nd cycle and see what happens. Also need to increase water changes I think.

Always gravel vac before you redose with the med, it helps to get rid of the parasite out of the gravel.
