Clown Loaches Have Ich!

Hi folks
Two of my three clown loaches are getting a couple of white spots on them. It appears to be ich (white spot disease). I am going to buy medicine for them, one without any copper, and am going to treat using half-doses. Is there anything more I can do? I know raising temperature speeds up the process and can help the ich die and go away. Should I do it? I am sure I am catching this very early, so please give me the safest, most effective course of action!

One of my clowns had it 2 weeks back,use the treatment and turn your heater up,on the 4th day i did a 25% water change and dosed again,after 1 week ,I did the water change again and another dose,it got rid of the itch
