Clown Loach

seems to have got reli thin, cant swim very strongly and tilts to the side.

a thin loach could be internal parasite but to help you more follow the link above and do as it asks.

check your stats, a sick clown loach is a first sign of trouble in tank..................good luck hope it sorts itself out
