Clown Loach problem

Sounds like a case of Ick. My clown loach jsut died I have been treating the tank with tank buddies ick tablets. They work great. I raised the temp to 78-82 and took the filters out of the filter. Everyone else seems to be clearing up jsut fine. That is how it started with mine it looked like a few white salty things on the tail fin then it moved up until the whole fish was covered. He didnt act any different but one day he jsut died. Good luck to you.

one blue gourami, three fat bellied guppies and one male guppy a plet and chinese algae eater

I just can't get the photo to load up! I know it's hard to suggest without seeing the problem. I've rules out slime, velvet and white spot so wondering whether it's a fungus of some kind. I'm just hoping that because they are still playful and eating that it's not something that's going to kill them.
