Clown Fish

I have had 4 clown fish for about 4 months now they have got on well untill last week when one decided to pick on another. It now hides away under some rock. Is this normal nature. What can i do adout it?

No i haven't, i dont think i could. All i know about them is that the small one is normally the male?

they are all the percula clown ( ocellaris ) orange and black.
