Cloudy When Filling

have washed my gravel and am filling my tank its is quite cloudy is this normal will it clear?

yeah thats normal, it will clear if well washed, don't turn on your filter until it has cleared, usually i leave for 24 hours.

i washed the gravel in colenfer with the shower , part filled tank swished gravel around and syphoned off water 3 times . its a 100 g tank so dont want to fill if it wont clear lol

You sound like you'v washed it thoroughly enough, is it coloured or natural gravel?
