Cloudy water

i have a 90 gallon planted freshwater tank and lately its been very cloudy and no matter what i do it won't clear. It has sand bottom so i usually have to put a little accu clear in to get ride of the very small particles floating around but its not working!!!! I was wondering if it was an algae problem. I scrape the sides every otherday to keep the algae to a minimum. Is the algae floating around now? I tried a water change, that didn't do anything, cleaned the filter...that didn'ty help either...i'm all out of ideas so if anyone can help me it would be appretiated, thanks.

If it is white/cloudy it could be a bacterial bloom. If it is green/cloudy it's probably algae! This link might help a bit.

Some foods can cause cloudy water aswell......try another food, or syphon out food that is uneaten in 3 minutes.

You probably now all this anyways!!!!
