Cloudy Water

my neons have cotton like growths in there mouth and i treated them with antifungus/finrot, but water is after becomeing very cloudy and is getting worse, should this happen? i treated the tank with the right measurements

Has your tank been cycled? Build-up of ammonia often results in cloudy water.

Also, did the instructions say to do a water change? If not, then I might reccomend to do a water change to see if it helps any with the couldiness.

if you did a large water change before you began treatment it probably kicked up some crud from the substrate and what you are seeing is a bacterial bloom. just leave the water be and it should clear in a few days. better substrate maintanence after that.
