Cloudy Water?

Hi I checked on my fish this morning and they and the tank was fine, I have been out for the day but when I returned an hour ago the water is real cloudy I am not sure waht to do as I put some finrot in 3 days ago due to 1 of my tetras having his tail shredded So do i empty some water? Any ideas any one thanks in advance!

What are your water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph.
