I am relatively new to the tropical fish hobby and have recently noticed that after my tank cycled and upon adding some fish (Serpae Tetras, 1 Flying fox, etc) my water got a little cloudy with white specksm it seems. What is this? does it go away? I have noticed many established aquaria and have noticed they have crystal clear water.

specs:

26g tank,
Cascade 500 filter, (biorings, floss, sponge, and carbon)
heater,
3x live plants, (amazon swords and 'wisteria' [hygrophillia ....?]
driftwood, gravel, etc...

nothing totally out of sorts. just want to know if the white cloud part will go away. my ammonia is nil, nitrates and nitrites still very low.... what can it be?

Gone into a little mini cycle with adding the fish, as the bacteria colony was substained enough to cope with them.

It's a bacteria bloom which will clear.
