I have a 60 litre Tetra Aqua Art Tank. Since I've had it I've had problems getting the ph down to 7.0-7.5. It's currently stuck at 8.0. Would like you advice on how to get this down safely. Have tried the ph down but doesn't appear to make much difference.
Secondly, I tried one of the 7.5 ph powders in the tank. Realise now this was a big mistake. Ever since the water has been cloudy. If I do a water change its ok for a day but then starts to get cloudy again. I've tried the potions to get rid of the cloudy water but even they wont work now. I even thinking of changing the filter entirely as this doesn't appear to make any difference. Almost as if it is messed up with the cuase of the cloudy water.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
