Cloudy Shrimp

I was looking at my ghost shrimp and i have noticed instead of it being transparent it is now a cloudy white color. Why is that?

Hi,

I know with Glass Cats, when they are ill or about to pass on they turn milky. I am not saying that is the case with your shrimp and I really hope that is not the case but just thought I would mention it.

rfisher is quite right. I'm afraid that's usually bad news. Sounds like he's not too well...

They may also be trying to molt. However usually they turn that color when they are going to die or are sick, or are dead.
