Cloudy/milky Water In Tank

I need help.
My water has gone from being crystal clear to having a milky look,within 1 day.I did a part water change,4 gall,in my 25gall tank, and within a day the water started turning a milky colour.Over the last 3 days it seems to have got worse,I can only just see the back of tank with difficulty.This has never happened before when changing water. Could it be bacteria blooming? I have ex power filter running + fluvel U3 internal filter.Tank is planted quite thickly, fish areguppys,platys,peppered and bronze cats.

sounds very much like you have got a bacterial bloom . take a read through this topic . it will help you out .
