Cloudy Eye I Think

Hi all, i think i've got a black tetra and it looks abit like an angel fish, he's got cloudy skin on his eyes and is getting worse each day but not sure if he's got cloudy eye or not...any ideas?....Cheers!

Just one more question, if he does have cloudy eye will it spread to my other fish?

Cloudy eye is a symptom rather than a disease in itself.
it is often,but not always, caused by poor water quality.

what are your water params?

Melafix will cure cloudy eye, but you do need to id the root cause.
