clear seal tanks

clear seal tanks are really cheap, i had one when i was 10 (a good while ago) and it leaked, are the new ones better ,can you get decent hoods for them other than just flimsy black plastic, does anyone know of any good cheap tanks £60 or less fo about a 15 uk gallon tank.
