Clear Bubble On Eye

Hi can anyone tell me what's going on with my cardinal?
Ammonia 0
Nitrites 0
Nitrates 10

His eye is Normal size but has this clear Bubble round in and in the bubble is two little white spots
He's doing everything Normal and showing no signs of Upset

Dermosporidia: it is questioned whether this is a fungus or a parasite on some sites. When I treated some rescue fish with this I used an antiparasite med first then a general antibacterial med to clear it up.

What is good to use? I have several different things but they are not brilliant on explaining what it covers...what is a make you use?

I did a course of esha exit in combo with esha 200 for a week, then weekly water changes for a few weeks, but there were other problems with other fish at the same time.

Ok...a lot of people have suggested a salt bath?

If these people have successfully treated it with a salt bath and you are happy to do that then that is the way to go for you
