Cleaning T8 Lamps

hi guys, well i want to clean my T8 tubes but not sure what to use, i have this dried stuff on them from the odd spash, and i want to know how to clean it or more with what can i clean it, can i use bleach, but i'm afraid that the risidual bleach could get into the water from the splashes the lights received from time to time.

That residue is probably lime scale like you get in your kettle. Try either lemon juice or white vinegar, that should dissolve it off.

I just use a wet scourer and it comes off
