cleaning out fishtank??

hi im just wondering how long i should leave it to do my weekly water change and gravel clenaing as i got new fish on friday (which im sooo happy about they are just sooooo gourge ) and i usally do my water change and gravel clean up on a sunday which is today but dont know whether to do it or not as i just put in new fish only 2 days ago if that makes sense

any help would be appreshiated

i bought a 2 new fish yesterday and did my sunday clean today with no side effects so far.
