Cleaning My Tank

This will sound really stupid, but am i ok to clean the outside glass on my tank with furniture polish or glass cleaner?

hi

currently cycling here - but even when i got my mucky paws on the glass a rung out cloth with the smallest amount of soap on does me!! -- then wiped/dried with paper towels

hey.......no probs!!

just read and read about tropical fish keeping and still loads to learn but just read that any deodorants or hand creams or aerosols can gt into the tank and with the surface agitation they can enter the tank!!

i prob shouldnt have such mucky paws LOLOL
