Hiya,

Ive got 2 powerhead pumps for my UGF and a fluval 2 in my tank, how often would you recommend cleaning them?

well for the internal i would do one section per week, till ils bin done. how often you need to do this cycle is down to the tank, how many plants, what type of food and so on. but its worth giving the filter time to regain any lost bacteria, my guess is at least two weeks rest.

the UGF is another matter, it causes massive disruption, to the tank. to be honest, i'd remove it and add another internal. but apart from that i cant help.
