Cleaning A V2 400 Skimmer

I've noticed that my skimmer isn't bubblign as much as it used to and skimmate collectino is lower.

How do i clean it out???

Good old vinegar and water 50% of each for the motor/pump bit - if just the housing 100 % vinegar, works a treat
