I have a 20(UK)Gallon tank currently cycling,and love it looking crystal clean. I have a Fluval 3+, But i wondered if there was any other equipment i could use to keep the tank clean?

Everything Nelly said works great, keep a matainance schedual... LIke 2 30% water changes per week, 1 on wednesday,1 on saturday. Clean the gravel/substrate monthly, test your water regularly and don't add the LFS water to your tank unless 100% sure it'll be safe and match your water perameters...
