So I have a 10 gallon planted tank with a betta and a nerite snail, and needless to say, I don’t overfeed them but they poop a lot and it’s all collected under a cave that I have. I have just planted a bunch of plants and trying to keep them down is a pain. So I’m wondering if there is any kind of fish/invertebrate that will eat the waste But will be peaceful with a betta lol. I can gravel vac elsewhere, but I know if I lift the cave, every plant is going to uproot.

Nothing eats poop. I've heard corydora and plecos might, but bettas aren't community fish, and you have a pretty small tank. Idk what other members are going to say, but you might want to move the plant a little.

There aren't any fish/snails etc that will eat fish or snail poop. Only micro-organisms and bacteria will break those down, so vaccing the substrate is needed for that. Some will be broken down and become mulm and consumed by live plants, but there aren't any cleaner animals that you can buy to eat poop.
