Well I hopefully just won a 10G tank on ebay for 99p

not sure if the guy will actually let me have it though ;P as I haven't heard from the seller yet!

BUT if I do get it how do I go about cleaning it as it was a salt water QT tank it also comes with a filter and heater that all need to be cleaned.

What's the best/easiest way to clean it?

I'm hoping to turn this in to a betta tank, my original plan was for a nano reef but the lights cost to much to buy(unless you know somewhere I can get them nice and cheap?)

Thanks

Hot water; if it's crusted with salt and/or limescale deposits, then a mix of vinegar, lemon juice and salt should get it off; you might have to soak it with the vinegar for a while; lay the tank on it's side, cover the deposit with a cloth soaked in the vinegar :good:
