Clamped Fins?

my betta dosent look as ...... showy? as the others he dosent flare much and he also has black on his caudal tips. (but it could be natural color they just grew back) his brother is doing fine and sora who now seems to be a boy(need a new name, sugestions?) is prety much always flared.

they are absolutely stunning bettas. they have great personality too.
but he just looks sick.

i was also thinking of breeding "sora" soon but not sure if he is fully healed or needs more time?

also the red one (Kohaku) was sold as a thai+malaysian but it looks nothing like the pics online?
any clue what it is?

sora looks like this, cant realy capture colors with my camera, but a quick search on aqua bid shows these are pretty popular, i didnt know that people were allowed to sell fought fighters or fighters at all on aqua bid, but under PK thats pretty much all i see.

His fins are clamped a little more than I'd call normal, but he's moving around and looks fairly happy... usually a sick betta will clamp and then float or rest in one spot. I don't think he's sick.
They are both plakats and likely Thai bred. Red, red/blue and red/blue/melano are the most common colours.

have you checked your water stats recently?
have you done a water change?
there doesn't seem to be much movement in the tanks either, what filter are you using?

the filter is a tetra whisper pf10

there is no movement because i put a bottle over the filter output thing so the fish dont get pushed around.

HELP!!! i moved Kohaku to a quarantine tank and now Sora is clamped!!!

also my Mom is yelling at me for being up so late!

The links aren't working for me either, so I can't see the new stuff.

How long have you had Kohaku? Like I said, his fins are tucked up a bit more than normal but I don't think he's sick because he's moving around and investigating his tank. If he was resting on the bottom or floating in one spot, it would be a cause for concern. Can he see Sora through the divider, and does he flare at all?
Personally I would just leave him be, he's probably more stressed from the moving around than anything else.

i have had him for idk how long but he was in horrible shape.

Kohaku and Sora used to be in a tank together with Hotaka, (i thought they were girls but seperated Kohaku and Hotaka, and now i find out sora is a boy i seperated him too)

they all got allong tho with no ripped fins.

they were an unintentional rescue from a fighter. they were the losers.
their 4th brother didnt make it.

they can see each others shadow but barely. i can barely even see through the divider.
