Clamped Fins On Blue German Ram

I noticed a few days ago that my female was swimming erratically with most of her fins clamped together and that her eyes looked swollen and darker than usual. She was only using her side fins to swim around. She is still eating. I also noticed that her back fin is curling to one side. I've moved her to a different tank, but would like to know what else should I do. thanks for any information.

The germans looking a little better now.. her fins are not really clamped anymore and her eyes are back to normal but her tail still curves to one sides.
