I have heard there are colorful cichlids like electric yellows that will do well & fit in with non cichlid community fish. I am looking to add some color to my community tank. Does anyone have a list of non-agressive cichlids that would fit in with what I have listed in my sig ? And what things make them most comfortable ? Thanks.

Go to the new world section for this, you have a lot of options. Some tankanyikans will also work with many community fish, depending what types they are, but smaller new worlds are the best option. Malawis are a bad idea for this.

non-agressive cichlids
Keyhole cichlids are as tame as they come, and are the single one I'd say is even close to non-aggressive. The other options would are merely 'less aggressive'.

So... what kind of 'community' fish are we talking about here?

as Freddy said, only New World Cichlids(American cichlids) will fit your tank,
you could have 2 pairs of dwarves or dwarf acaras(keyholes) but you could get dwarf african cichlids such as the Kribensis.
heres a list of fish that are suitable and are pretty much always available at your lfs:
Blue/Gold Rams
Bolivian Rams
Keyhole Cichlid
Cockatoo Cichlid
Aggasizi Cichlid
Festivum Cichlid
Checkerboard Cichlid
Kribensis
Thomasis Cichlid(also african)
and thats most of what i can think of now, you can have 2 pairs of fish out of that list in a 55gal
