wow some of the victoria species are beuatiful why are they overlooked?

From my very limited african cichlid knowledge, I'm pretty sure its a lake victorian cichlid. Something along the lines of a Zebra Obliquidens, but I'm definately not 100% sure.

I think I'm going to have to agree with Ace of Spades, I think it's a Astatotilapia latifasciata. Thanks for the help guys!
