Cichlid Id Please

If you guys can help me out, it was sold to my brother as a chocolate cichlid, but I know that it's not. So if any of you have an idea of what this is, that would help.

Its defo not a chocolate cichlid.Probably a young midas or red devil.

Id say it was a young Amphilophus labiatus, the thick lip red devil. They are nothing like chocolate cichlids in temperament, being an agressive and biligerent specie.
They will get about 10" and need a 55gal tank.
