Cichlid eggs

help, i got loads of eggs, but in the past the eggs have been eaten after a week. Please help what can i do to stop these being eaten?

Female Cichlids very often eat their eggs during their 1st spawn. If you are really worried you could try moving the female (and eggs) to a quarantine tank, if you have one. I'd be inclined to say just let nature take its course though.

I agree with Ferris. 3 of my females have been holding eggs at some time but the Lab is the only one who has actually managed it- She's so clever!!!
Just leave them to it, they like to have a bit of a practice at holding eggs, if they're not fertilised, the will either drop them or eat them after about a week.
