Cich Cichlid

My Acei Cichlid is sick.

It first started with a side fin looking like someone had attacked him.

Then it kinda moved to his side by the fin. It's spread up his body to the top and it looks like he has this fuzzy stuff on him.
It appears this has ate through his outer layers because you can now see pink. He's purple with yellow fins.

Any idea what is wrong?

I've tried antifungal meds but I think he's not going to make it. He's in a hospital tank.

Sounds like columnaris goes along the back and comes down the sides to form a saddle shape and it can turn into sores left untreated.
