Ok so i could not resist these when i saw them and had to have them.

I bought a Group of 2 Males and 4 Females
The Females are huge and look Gravid.
They Arrived this afternoon, and after acclimating them are swimming around.
I do have doubts that the smallest male will make it, but hoping that it pulls thru.

Yeh they are very nice, beautiful tails.

Just spotted "monster tank" in your signature - have you decided how big it's going to be yet? :hyper:

The Little male survived and the Females mouths have cleared up nicleys.

Added a nice Current and they are wolfing down hikari micro pellets. and love mashed up prawns.

Hey Guys

A little Update.

The large Females did not make it. only 1 pair survived and are going strong.

They'll be going into the 90G so will have more room than in the 5 gallon they are in ATM.

Sorry that they didn't all live.

I love lyretail mollies. My standard-tail female (sphenops) threw a load of them a few months back. No more fry out of her before or since and only 8 survived. WT???

What a gorgeous fish. I’ve never seen such a beautiful molly. I noticed some white spots on the molly. Is it just the picture or do you think it’s ick?

thanks guys.

nah just the pick.

i have some black sailfin mollies now to keep the color dark as possible
