Here is a video of them at my wal-mart. Does anyone here own them and or have experience with them?

Those are insainely aggressive. They also change there form as they age. Needs a very large tank.

FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS ONE NOW, DO NOT RELEASE THESE IN THE WILD!!!

They are only semi-aggressive in there infancy. Once they get a bit older...uhm...

I believe they are often sold as pond fish in temperate regions. Some consider a coldwater fish but not a true coldwater fish.

Yeah I remember that thread.
Amazing how much the fish transforms as they get older.
the high-fin shark has been said to be agressive THEY ARE NOT!!! i have one i have been raising him for about 4months he has never shown any aggression and he stays twards the bottom feasting on algae. i have him in a tank that is kept at about 78 degrees F. he is in a tank with 2 african butterfly fish and two angel fish they all get along great. if there are any questions feel free to email me about the chinese hi-fin sharks at bountyhunter3423@yahoo.com.

Yeah pretty aggressive and need big tanks i guess.

no these sharks arent aggressive un till they start to reach into the 7-8inch zone then they are semi-agressive the tank doesnt need to be extremely large. like most fish the fish will not grow very much if it is in a small tank thjey grow very very slow

Fish not growing very much in a small tank is called stunting which leads to all sorts of health related problems.
