Chinese Algae Eater (gold) (stevenage, Herts).

I've 3 chinese algae eaters i have in my tank, i got them when i got my tank and no longer want them as i think i have to many fish on the bottom. I have a I'd say 2 are 4/5 inches and the other is roughly 3 inches.

just so your aware they get very aggressive when they grow and stop eating algae, and have been known to take out other fishies eyes

they can be but the ones seem to be ok in my tank, having said that i've only had them a little while so who knows. If they are moved to another tank they may change???
