chiclids gotta go

i have just purchased a tank that along with it r several chiclids. I am wanting to go with a community tank so the chiclids must go. I live around the chicago land area Illinois. if ur interested ill give u more info on the fish theres some really good lookin fish.

I dont think it would be a good idea to just drop them off at the pet store he said he could not do anytype of credit but would take the fish. Figures!!!! Yea so he can sell them to the next unexpected buyer wanting a peaceful fish.

I live about 3 hours NE of you, a bit to far to get them. Somewhere on here there is a link to freecycle. Bet if you joined the Chicago one, someone would be interested in getting those Cichlids. I enjoy them much more than community fish.

yea im sure i would also but me and the wife had to agree. and we agreed upon smaller schooling fish. yea yea she won the battle. (for now) someday i will get my discus ive always wanted.

We have 2 tanks for just such a dilemma.

I think you will do better if you find out what cichlids they exactly are, visit your local fish shop and ask if they want to buy any off you, or give you credit for them, OR, put up a notice in their store...
