Chichlids In 54l

wat so its a bad idear to have them in with platys and corys
i might get chocolate gourami insted my lfs said there getting them in next monday
or can dwarf rainbowfish go in there
dont go chocolate gourami they can be as hard to keep as discus, rainbows are too active

well maby neon or honey gourami then
thats realy bad because if 54l is to small they have been in a 20l tank at my lfs for the last month of so

and would dwarf rainbowfish be of with platys and corys if they where in a bigger tank because thats a good reason for trying to get my mum to let me get a new tank for my bday

platies are fine, they live in different areas in the tank
a 54litre is too small for rainbows really and honey gouramis would conflict with the apistos for territory

make sure you have plenty of caves/shelter

i went to my lfs and they said they cant get any in at the moment but they will be able to get them in in a mounth or two
he also said
firemouth cichlids key hole cichlids and blue rams can go in there can they because the rams look really nice

It's too small or Keyholes, Firemouths and Rams.
As Truck suggested, Cockatoo Cichlids would be your best bet.
