Hey everyone,

I recently purchased some cherry shrimp, but i was wondering (before i put them in the tank) will i have problems with my angels looking at them for a snack?
I have 3 nice marbles, 2 of them are nickel size and aren't very old, but i have an angel that is about the size of a silver dollar, he is kind of the bully of the tank, and he's the one i have worry about with cherry shrimp.
There are some really great places for them to hide, if they do feel threatened though.

Here is a list of the fish that I have:
Tank: 55 gallon planted tank

3 Marble Angels
6 Zebra Danios
6 Neon Tets
6 Black Neon Tets
2 CAE's
2 Corydoras agassizii

If there are any that are in this list that will give my Cherry's a problem please let me know on that too.

I haven't had any luck in googling this topic

Thanks
Bryan

You should get rid of those CAEs as they become very aggressive when they get larger, especially when theres two.

yep CAE's will kill everything in sight when they get to 3-4 inches.
the corys need groups of 5+ so you should get a few more of those.

yes the angels will eat small cherry shrimp when the angels are full grown.

and you do realize that angels will eat neons every time right? in the wild neons are a normal food for angelfish

Yeah cherry shrimp are too small, amano shrimp should be okay with angels once they are full grown though.
