Cherry Shrimp.... Have They Been Eaten?

Last week I introduced half a dozen cherry shrimp into my tank which currently has some fancy guppies, red parrott platy's, albino and peppered corys and some mollies in. I have not seen any shrimp since yesterday morning. They are all 1cm+ and none of the fish have mouths anywhere near that size at the moment. Are they just VERY stealthy and hide well, or could something with a small mouth been able to catch them?

I was told that guppies can eat small cherry shrimps....

I was hoping that they would avoid them, as the shrimp move so #41#### fast and they weren't tiny, way more than a mouthful.
