Cheery Barbs - How Large?

Cherry Barbs - size - my book reckons 5cm/2 inches. My past experience with them suggests more like 2-3cm max.

Any thoughts on Cherry Barb size that you'd like to share?

All 4 of mine are about 5cm.

I've kept these in the past, they grew to around 5-6 cms.

They can get to about 3" max. Same size as Tiger barbs.
