Check Valves

what way does arrow point on them? up or down? i have water coming out of airline but dont know what way check valve is meant to go!

You will have to dry the lead out as it won't work for a while, i just add the valve then see if the air is coming through the tube, as i get mixed up which way it goes.

Dry the valve and tubing with a hair dryer.

i just want to know which way it goes..... am scared of putting it wrong way as water might still drip

Well air dosn't come out of one end of the valve so it one way or the other, so can't really go wrong, this is an airpump valve you are talking about.

the arrow will point in the direction it lets air pass.

just take it off and blow in it.... you need to be able to blow into the tank and not suck water out
