I'm going to pick up my co2 tank today (finally) and I am just wondering if any ol' check valve will do. I have a cheapo one lying around that I use on my current co2 unit.

Will this be ok with pressurized?

yes, it's the same principal. Just to stop flow of water going from tank to Co2 isn't it?

Exactly. I just wanted to make sure that you didnt need a special one incase the pressure is higher or something.

can someone else confirm this for me?

You got me worried now. My check valve that came with the JBL one looks like the normal check valves you get with air pumps.

I don't actually know but, if it were me, I'd just use any check valve.

The high pressure out of the CO2 bottle goes through a regulator, so the pressure down the lines are much lower than the bottle gives out. You will be fine with the one you have.
