I improved upon the previous format for the informational links, and have now organized the links based on categories and added a few new ones on more advanced CO2 injection topics. It also has a cute new acronym name. PARC at TFF! I kill myself with laughter. LAUGH, PEOPLE, LAUGH!!! Check it out.

Please let me know what other information you'd like to see at PARC. I will also be tidying up very old threads and reorganizing them.

PS: Yes, I spell Center like that. Both Centre and Center are correct

Oh dear - British site with American spelling

Good to see it all tidied up. Nice job. It was wearing out my mouse wheel. lol

Yes, we are very global here.

Thanks, Supercoley1, it's a start. While I'm still on summer break, I will be making some or asking for some contributions on the following topics.

-Styles of aquascaping (Nature, Dutch, Jungle, Iwagumi, etc)
-High-tech vs. Low-tech
-Substrates
-Advanced Lighting
-Measuring light levels
-Non-aquatic plants
-Walstad style tanks

I'll be PMing a few of you for information or asking you if you'd like to make a contribution. I want to expand the plant index as well and I'll be starting a thread about that shortly.

My goal is to be user-friendly and more inclusive of the various methods for keeping planted tanks. No matter what method you ultimately chose, if you're growing healthy plants and are consciencious about what you're doing, you'll be taken seriously as a planted tank enthusiast.

i can make a contribution as always :) I think some of George's threads need updating too, particularly the algae guide.

Yes, the hobby has changed drastically over the course of only a few years! New research is being done and it will be a challenge keeping this section up to speed. If I'm been doing some reading recently and I think we're in for another shock to the hobby! On par with some of the work that's been done recently with algae in the planted aquarium.

Yeah, as much as I respect George and didn't want to touch his threads for years, it's really time to update them. I think he'd agree. Want to do the algae? Me, I personally don't have that much experience with the subject. :p  Yes, I'm being cheeky.

I will personally tackle the non-aquatic plants and the major styles of aquascaping for now. I would limit the aquascaping to only tanks from this forum, I think there are fine examples of each style right here in TFF. A lot of work to be done.

Like SW, a nano article would be nice, or nano principles should be mentioned under the lighting guides. Larger tanks have their own issues as well. Reconciling WPG is good too. We all know its inaccuracies, but barring everyone here purchasing PAR meters, we have to find a way to justify its continued use, yet recognize its disadvantages.
