i think for 240l it would be expensive and after a few months of easy carbo i could of bought pressurised

Other than that..........how about no CO2?
Low lighting 1WPG or less, deep, nutritious substrate, no water changes (maximum 2 a year). Dose nutrients every week or so. Plants like java fern, some hygrophilia, anubias, crypts. Moderate to low stocking of fish. Expect slow growth, but zero algae.![]()
