Okay, this is the first problem i've had with chat since it's been fixed. I'll click on it, an dit'll come up. Then it will try to log on, then say acsses denied. And it wotn let me on! Is anyone else having this issue?

it is possible that someone that had the same or simmilar IP to you had been banned on the chat and now that you are trying to come in it sees your IP and say NO NO you can't go there.

Very little in the way of bans on the room at the moment, so I doubt it is a ban issue.

Yes but yesterday adn the day before we had some issues with a member being rude in chat and they received a ban. Unfortunately they're ip kept changing so we had to do a far more complicated ban which meant only banning the first few digits of the ip (or something) and that may be your problem is if you have the same digits?

I honestly have no clue I'm not good at this sort of thing...

Banning the first few digits of a ip is a bit stupid aint it? your not just banning like 1 or 10 people, you could be banning hundreds of thousends

People who have dynamic ip addys can round bans no problem cos all they have to do is reset thier connection, even if you ban the first 3 digits they can get round that by masking the ip (a child could do this) - Cant you ban by processor id? that fully walls thier pc/laptop.

To be honest I have absolutely no idea, I wasn't the one who banned them. I'll remove the ban for now, ti stime it was removed anyway. See if you can get in now kribensis.

Well, we need to ban hundreds of thousands of people just to stop the heavy traffic we get
