Chat Not Working

Hi there what's the script with the chat not working ? It says people are in there but it says opps something went wrong all the time why ? Happens all the time i cannot get access

I totally agree by the way, I wish it allowed me to set a message for blocked usergroups but the chat program (which is an add-on) doesn't allow for it.
