well, i've been waiting for my new tank to cycle and thought i had finally settled on getting a couple festivum for it. i decided to stop in at the lfs to just have a look around, when i found cockatoo dwarfs! those were on my original list of what i wanted but i haven't ever seen any around here. there were a couple beautiful males and a bunch of females and i was considering snatching some of them up and temporarily housing them in another tank while their future home cycled, but they told me they can order more if they're all gone when my tank is ready for them. i figure that's better for them if they only have to move once.

they'll be in a 33G long, so would it be better to get 1 male and a couple females or do you think i could go with two males and a few females in there?
