Changing My 29g/110l

I have a 29g/110L

It currently has:

6 Tiger Barbs
3 Yoyo Loaches
2 4" Briselnose Pleco
1 Moonlight Courami

If I take everything out and leave the 2 Pleco could I add 4 Firemouth Cichlids

Honestly 4 is too many and 3 is skirting the requirements. Remember Firemouths will reach up to 6 inches. A general rule of thumb is to keep a pair in nothing less than a 25, 4 in 50 and so forth. Of course this is open to your individual interpretation.

how big for 1 FM?

For just one I wouldnt be comfortable in anything less then a 20.

I was reading an old aquarium Magazine and they were talking about Firemouths and the writer of the article said he has 6 2" Firemouths in a 29g.
