i need a opinion my firemouth is a monster hes beating up my 8 inchs oscar terrozing my pleco and wont let anybody eat if i sell him and pick up a kenji is it gonna be the same thing all over again or is there going to be peace i think i should went with african cichlids i hear there more colorfull all i have is this firemouth and hes dick to everybody i need a opinon i show u the size the fish hes bulling aroud

African cichlids are agressive too, sometimes to the piont of death, just like SA cichlids. It's the cichlid in them making them do this. Nobody can truthfully tell you that it won't happen again. It's in their nature. Some people get lucky and have a nice harmonius tank, and then there's the other 95% that don't get on so well.

I can't promise you that it won't happen again if you decide to exchange fish. Fish are individuals just like people. Sometimes you get a bully.
